Welcome:
Hello and welcome to my shop! My goal is to create fun, enjoyable and unique works of art affordable to all. All pottery from Clay Lick Creek Pottery is made by me by hand using an electric wheel or a slab roller. I use a traditional red earthenware clay for my non-toxic Maiolica glazes. Bottoms are trimmed to create a foot ring and are signed and dated. Pieces can be used in the oven, microwave for quick warm ups (unless noted) and top rack of the dishwasher (unless noted). I welcome any questions or comments about my work. What you see in the photograph is the piece you will receive. My work is unique and I have many one of a kind pieces and even though I do work in a series of designs--each one is a little different. Got an idea, or want something a little different in size or color? Convo me, I just may have the piece in my studio.

Payment:
PayPal. I will ship within 3 business days (if not sooner) of receiving payment.


Shipping:
I ship USPS--Priority or Parcel Post to any location in the United States and world. International buyers there may be other costs involved with your customs. Please convo me with any additional information. Included in the shipping costs is insurance on the piece.

I will ship out the order within 3 days of receiving payment on the order, usually the same day.

If you order multiples, I will adjust the shipping cost to reflect the actual shipping cost---refunding you the difference. Pottery is heavy, the cost of shipping reflects that and the insurance costs.
I use recycled materials when I ship.

I ship world wide...I will refund excess shipping costs to my international (non-US) purchasers.

Refunds and Exchanges:
I will accept returns within 7 days of delivery on pieces if you are unhappy with your order. I will refund the cost of the piece, however shipping fees are non-refundable. I ask that you ship your item back to me carefully packaged in the same wrap and box that I shipped it out in.

For items damaged in shipping, please e-mail me a photo of the damaged piece, save the piece and original shipping material, contact me and I will give information how to process for the insurance. I will then process your refund immediately or replace your item free of charge. If you are not happy with your piece please contact me and we will work it out.
